Blind Walkers/Runners (with a guide) Go On Various Park Runs

Kelly Barton, who is blind, began going to park runs with the aid of a Guide. Knowing that sight loss can lead to lack of confidence, social isolation and poor mental health, she thought that this was a great way to try and get people involved in joining her.  We thought this was a great idea and had brightly coloured vests made for the Guides.

Kelly is trying to spread the word and if you know anyone who would be interested in taking part, or for more information, Please email Kelly on guiderunnersuk@gmail.com
